Light Wraps® are made to your order and shipping lead times may vary based on faceplate size and design, typically between 5 to 9 business days. All Light Wraps® and accessories (Dark Sky Kit, etc.) will ship together. Your total shipping & handling charges will be made available to you prior to redirection to PayPal for payment confirmation. Please contact Customer Service for information about international shipping. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon shipment of your order and will include a UPS tracking number. If you are a tax-exempt entity, you can request to have taxes removed from your order by contacting Customer Service and providing us with your Sales and Use Tax Exemption Form prior to paying for your order with Pay Pal, which follows submitting your order. We will not refund taxes after payment has been received.
