Shipping and Delivery

Where do we ship?

DPI will ship orders to anywhere in the continental United States using UPS as the default carrier. Please contact customer service to arrange international shipping.

When can I expect my order?

Light Wraps are made to your order and shipping lead times may vary based on faceplate size and design, typically between 5 to 9 business days. Additionally, the UPS shipping method you select will determine delivery lead-time.

Can I expedite my order?

Please contact Customer Service for information about expediting orders. Charges may apply for this service.

Will everything ship together?

Yes, all Light Wraps and accessories (Dark Sky Kit, etc.) will ship together.

How much will you charge for shipping and handling?

Your total shipping & handling charges will be made available to you prior to redirection to PayPal for payment. Charges are based on which UPS shipping method you select. Discounted shipping rates will be applied to orders totaling $1,000 or greater.

What are my shipping method choices?

You may select from any of the available UPS shipping method, or select the Freight method.

Can I ship via freight?

Yes, freight shipment can be arranged by contacting Customer Service after you submitted your order. When making your selection from the “Shipping Method” drop down menu, select “Freight,” then proceed with placing your order and contact Customer Service at your earliest convenience. You can either provide us with your freight carrier account number or we will arrange delivery for you using our carrier. Please allow 24 hours from your initial contact for Customer Service to provide you with a shipping quote. Once payment (shipping & handling) has been received, we will arrange for our carrier to pick up your order from DPI and deliver it to you.

Can you ship to a different address than my billing?

Yes, this is handled during the online ordering process.

Can I request on-time delivery of my order?

Yes, you may specify a desired delivery date so long as it is later than the standard delivery time. Please contact Customer Service to arrange on-time delivery.

Will you provide me with a delivery tracking number?

Yes, confirmation e-mail containing your UPS tracking number will be sent to you when your package ships.
